Attendees must complete at least 30 minutes of each workshop and complete the short workshop evaluation at the conclusion of each session they attend to receive credit. If allowed in your State and/or professional discipline, you may use the certificate and detailed certificate report to obtain CEUs. NCA keeps records on file for CEU audit verifications. 

What is the minimum number of attended sessions required to submit the registration cost as part of my NCA grant report?

Grantees or grant-funded attendees must attend one session during each concurrent session. The virtual conference consists of five concurrent sessions, and grantees must attend at least five workshops and complete the workshop evaluation for each. Please contact your assigned Program Associate if you have further questions or concerns.

Do grantees need to complete their workshops and workshop evaluations by a specific date? 

Grantees usually start to prep for their final report submission in late December and will need their attendee certificates and credits earned report to upload with their report in January 2021. Knowing this, and due to the health pandemic, grantees should plan accordingly by having their grant-funded attendees complete their sessions and evaluations in enough time to collect documentation. In order for the expense to be approved, grant funded attendees need to attend at a minimum five sessions and upload their certificate of attendance and credits earned report with their final grant report. When can I access my certificate?

Conference attendees can access their certificates starting December 14, 2020 until March 15, 2021. Attendees must have a least 1.00 credit to view the certificate.

Will I receive credit for watching workshop recordings?

Yes, conference attendees can access the conference site until March 15, 2021, and can continue to watch workshops and receive credit.

Will I receive credit for attending or watching the Q&A sessions?

No, attendees will not receive credit for the welcome meeting, Q&A sessions, or networking events. Workshop evaluations and credits are only applied to workshop recordings.

I watched the workshop recording and the evaluation is not available. What should I do?

It may take the system some time to recognize you have completed the required component. Please give the system time to update, and if the issue persists, please send an email to leadershipconference@nca-online.org with the session number (example 3D).
